By using VPN Speed’s Services, You are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this document in its whole.
Any use of the Service provided by VPN Speed, including its products, website and any other form of Service is conditioned with the full consent of the User to the Terms of this document.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VPN Speed, its officers, directors, employees, members, partners, agents, and suppliers, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, members, shareholders, partners, and agents, from any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Content and Service, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement. We may, at our sole discretion, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. The assumption of such defense or control by us, however, shall not excuse any of your indemnity obligations.
VPN Speed will not be liable in any way or form for actions done by its users including criminal liability and civil liability beyond any money paid to VPN Speed for its services by a specific individual responsible to such harm.
You agree not to use our services for port scanning, sending spam, sending opt-in email, scanning for open relays or open proxies, sending unsolicited e-mail or any version or type of email sent in vast quantities even if the email is lastly sent off through another server, or for any unlawful or criminal act or any other act that violates the rights of any third party. Also, it is forbidden to launch any pop-ups from our service. You accept not to assault in any way or form any other network or computer while using our services.
You agree to preserve your username/password and the VPN Speed system from unauthorized usage. You are responsible for every single action that occurs on VPN Speed where your username/password was used for establishing the VPN connection.
VPN Speed may suspend or restrict provision of the Service to the User at any time in the following, but not limited to, cases:

Payment of an account for the Service provided to the User is overdue;

The User becomes bankrupt or insolvent or enters into a scheme of arrangement or composition with the User’s creditors or, being a company, is placed in receivership or under official management or has a provisional liquidator appointed;

The User breaches any material term or condition of this agreement;

If it appears that the User is engaging in activity that may cause damage to VPN Speed’s system, or any other system in the network;

The User is engaging in mass emailing or flooding of newsgroups;

If the User is using the service as a means to commit unlawful activity.
VPN Speed, at its sole discretion, may suspend or restrict provision of the Service to the User at any time in the event of an emergency or whenever VPN Speed considers it necessary or reasonable, based on the sole discretion of VPN Speed, in order to safeguard provision of the Service.
Refund shall be made in the event of the Company’s inability to render ordered services or inability to provide equivalent Services for more than seven days for reasons directly depending on the Company.
Our VPN Speed, Software, Website and any other products are provided to you on an "as is" basis without any warranties, conditions or warranties as to their quality or suitability for any particular purpose. We hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other provisions that otherwise might be provided for by law, customary law or the right to fairness, and do not make any express or implied warranties or representations as to the accuracy or completeness or satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose our VPN Service and/or software and/or website and/or any other products.
The information and content in the Services are the property of the Company or applicable third parties. You may download information and content only for your personal use for non-commercial purposes but no modification or further reproduction of the content is permitted. The contents of the Services, including any images, text, executable code, and layout design may not be distributed, reproduced, publicly displayed, downloaded, modified, reused, re-posted, or otherwise used except as provided herein without the express prior written permission of the Company. You may not, for any reason, distribute, modify, duplicate, transmit, reuse, re-post, or use the content published on the Services for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio, and video without a prior written consent from the Company.
The Company may display third parties’ advertisements through the Services. Your business or correspondence with any advertiser, and any terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such business, are solely between you and the third party. We will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of the above.
VPN Speed has the right to modify, add and/or deduct any part of this document, at any time, at its sole discretion by publishing the amended document on its website. It is the User’s responsibility to occasionally check this document, and make sure they are aware of any changes made. The continued use of the Service shall indicate that you have read and agreed to these terms and are willing to be bound by them. Such changes may include, without being limited to, changes in fees and subscriptions terms to the Company's services.
Any complaint or dispute you might have with the Company must be first submitted to the Company to the formal support Email as published on the website. All communications between the Company and You will be in English.
